1. Operating Entity Description

This e-commerce platform is registered and operated by our company in Hong Kong. Cherrycom Worldwide SL is our exclusive compliance partner in the EU, responsible for meeting the regional regulatory requirements, VAT declaration, and cross-border after-sales service management requirements of each EU jurisdiction. 2. Product Pricing and Order Verification

All displayed product prices do not include destination import duties and local consumption taxes, which may be incurred during customs clearance. Our company reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders in the event of obvious system pricing errors, insufficient stock, or verified fraudulent payment attempts. A binding contractual relationship only becomes effective after our company has officially shipped the goods.

3. Intellectual Property Boundaries

All visual materials on this website, including product images, text content, trademarks, and graphic designs, are protected by copyright; unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and commercial use are strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

For valid order disputes, our total liability for damages shall not exceed the actual settlement amount of the corresponding single order. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, disruptions to public logistics, pandemic-related restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable operational control.

5. Mandatory Applicable Law

Applicable Law - These Terms of Service and any separate agreements between us and you regarding the provision of services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any contractual dispute that cannot be amicably resolved through negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to a competent court in Spain for formal adjudication.
