Refund policy
1. Responsible Entity
Cross‑border return compliance for EU shoppers is administered by Cherrycom Worldwide SL (VAT: B01965813, 3 Resurrection Street, Getafe 28, Madrid, 28091, Spain). Our Hong Kong registered entity operates the store under a formal compliance partnership with the above Spanish enterprise. No mainland China return addresses or contact channels are adopted throughout our store operation.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers residing within the European Union hold the statutory right to initiate returns within 14 calendar days counting from the day you physically receive parcel delivery. Merchandise for return must stay unwashed, unworn, retain factory original packaging, hang tags and intact labels. Custom‑printed apparel, clearance discounted goods are non‑refundable and non‑returnable unless confirmed to have manufacturing defects.
3. Return Shipping Rule
Buyers bear outbound return shipping expenses for voluntary no‑defect returns. We undertake return freight costs exclusively for items shipped out with factory flaws, shipping damage or incorrect product dispatch. All returned parcels need to be mailed to the Spanish EU partner address noted above.
4. Refund Timeline
After our EU compliance partner completes product condition inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be remitted back to the original payment channel used at checkout. Exchange requests are processed subject to current stock availability.
5. Rejection Standard for Returns
We reserve the right to decline return applications when products display obvious wear signs, missing original packaging, man‑made breakage, or damages brought by improper self‑laundering.
