Shipping policy
1. Logistics Partner Setup
EU cross-border logistics coordination and inbound parcel supervision are handled by our compliant Spanish entity, Cherrycom Worldwide SL. Our Hong Kong operations arrange overseas outbound transportation through vetted international logistics contractors. Parcels shipped to EU consumers will not use delivery addresses within mainland China.
2. Standard Transit Time
• Major EU countries: Delivery within 15-20 business days from shipment confirmation;
• Remote EU islands: Transit time extended, 15-30 business days from shipment confirmation.
Pre-clearance preparations and local public holidays may cause slight delays in transit.
3. Customs and Import Duties
The recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, and handling fees levied by EU customs at the destination in accordance with local regulations.
4. Parcel Damage and Loss Handling
For trackable parcels confirmed lost or severely damaged in transit, a full refund or free reshipment (at our expense) is available. You must submit a formal damage claim and provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the package.
5. Change of Shipping Address
Address change requests can only be submitted before the package is officially shipped. Once the package enters the international shipping process, we will not be able to process any change requests.
