Return Eligibility

You are eligible to apply for a return within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original labels intact to qualify for return or exchange.

Return Operation Steps

1. Submit a return request via store support email within the valid 7-day return period

2. Our customer service will send you the official return shipping address after review

3. Send back the goods following the provided address, and provide the return tracking number to us
